Shipping Terms

All items on our website are custome orders and not premade. We work with trusted well known manufactureres based within USA, Canada and United Kingdom. Please feel free to mail us for manufacturer times. Order well ahead if needed by an exact date.  Orders are not shipped out the weekends or holidays. Please take note of this.

International shipping normally takes 2 - 3 weeks to reach you depending on which country you live in. On rare occasions delays are possible while in transit depending on your local postal service. You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped and will also include the tracking number. This applies to both international and local mail.

If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, please email us immediately through our contact form. We are always happy to help. 

International Orders:

We post to many countries worldwide, however, if you are outside USA, your country may apply a customs fee which is normal procedure when buying items from abroad, depending on your specific country's laws. Please be aware of this before purchasing as refunds are not accepted related to customs charges. 

Order early if you are buying a design as a gift as it may take a maximum of 5 weeks for an international order to be delivered. We have no control over your specific country's mailing system.

Alternatively if you would like your purchase sent fast post by courier, we are happy to organize shipment and will quote you their going rate before shipment.

We offer combined, discounted shipping if you buy multiple items. Shipping fees varies according to the weight and size. The shipping fee will be calculated automatically after you add items to basket.

Taxes and Custom Fees:

We do not charge sales tax unless it is within our own country or any country which falls under our juristiction. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for some international shipments. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, this is standard practice worldwide on imported goods and may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.

The general amount for custom duties is 20% of the amount of your purchase. This is just a guideline and may change depending on your country. Contact your local customs office for specific information. It may be much lower and most countries do not charge customs on small packages.

Bagaceous has no control over any duties/taxes applied to your package, nor are we responsible for them. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Though custom levies normally not charged on small packages. Again it is up to your country's customs office to decide this. On rare occasions custom in your country may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we have to declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to decrease international custom fees that you may be charged. From experience, most clients do not have to pay customs, though again, this is up to your local country. 

If you refuse a delivery from Bagaceous, you are responsible to pay the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package. Including the cost of returning the package, please be aware of this standard practice.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal and we hold a Paypal verified account. We also accept credit cards online, such as American Express, etc.

Ordering Safely Online:

We take care to keep our website 100% secure and all credit card transactions on this website using standard encryption services. We do not retain your credit card details.

We cannot however, be held responsible for any loss you may suffer due to third parties an unauthorized access to any data you may have provided when ordering from our site.

Alternatively, if you are concerned and to avoid any such unlikely occurrence, please make your payment to us directly through PayPal.

Returns Policy:

If you would like to return your Bagaceous design and receive a refund or exchange, you are required to first request a Return Authorization Number RA# within 2 days of receiving your delivery.

Email us directly through our contact form with the following information before returning the item:

1. Your Name and address.
2. Reason for return.
3. Specify whether for replacement, exchange, or refund.
4. A photograph showing us your reason for return.

Our customer service team will review your request and determine whether or not you are eligible to receive a Return Authorization Number RA# If your request is successful we will email you a RA# within 48 hours.

If we agree, you need to return the item to the manufactureres address on the parcel within 14 days to be considered for a refund. We insist on insured and recorded delivery due to the contents being custom made.

Please clearly print your return address details on the back of the sealed package. Your item must be sent in the same condition it was sold in, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and suitably packaged to not get damaged in return transit.

All returns must be sent by insured, trackable post for the full value of the item. Bagaceous cannot reimburse your shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

You must obtain proof of posting from your postal method of choice and email us a copy on: louisacatharine@bagaceousdesigns.com Bagaceous is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. 

We Reserve The Right:

Bagaceous reserves the right to reject any order. We also reserve the right to terminate any design for sale through our website at any time, without notice.
